A large conference venue in Stornoway - the Manor Ballroom

With a maximum capacity of 350 persons seated theatre style, the Manor Ballroom is the largest dedicated conference space in the Western Isles.

The room has natural light through windows at one end, so enjoys a spacious feel, enhanced by architectural features that give it character.

A small, permanent stage can be augmented by the hotel's own additional modular units, making it suitable for a range of presentations , such as fashion shows or other entertainment.

Loading up to 1.5 metres wide can be direct through doors from the car park  while public entrance is through a foyer with cloakroom facilities.  The Oak Suite adjoins the ballroom and may be used as a more spacious reception area, bar, dining room, dressing room, etc. 

For catered functions, direct access to the kitchens means that food can be served freshly cooked and hot.  Banqueting food service is under the same direction as the highly respected Solas restaurant, resulting in excellent levels of client satisfaction.

The Willow Suite - ideal for small meetings in the Outer Hebrides

Bright and airy, the Willow Suite is accessed directly from the hotel reception area.

It's a very comfortable room for meetings up to 30 people - a few more in theatre style - and the light level can be reduced effectively.

This room is also popular for modest sales demonstrations - for example it's used monthly by a national high street 'name'  for a visiting optician's 'shop'.
